Manchester University students take the prizes at IT FLIES USA 2016
The judges were very impressed with the two entries from Manchester’s School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering, and awarded a tie for the first prize.
The Manchester Team that designed a helicopter (the first ever rotary wing design in an IT FLIES competition) also won the best Presentation Award, and the Prize for the "Most Innovative Design" sponsored by Diamond Visionics.
